Weight Watchers encourages members to focus on what they call WINNING OUTCOMES. Winning outcomes are specific, positive goals that are within your control and a good fit with your life. The idea is that identifying your goals will give you something to focus on if you can’t remember why you wanted to start losing weight.
I identified multiple winning outcomes for myself:
- Be able to play sports again
- Be confident in my appearance
- Be able to shop anywhere
- Be in control of my body & mind
- Be comfortable in my own skin
