Weigh In Reflections

Weigh In Reflections ~ 12/02/14

In My Progress by Tanya2 Comments

I didn’t know what to expect this week, but I expected SOME kind of loss.  I worked really hard to be good this week, even with Thanksgiving and a 4 day weekend.  I increased my activity and worked out more this week than in the past three weeks combined.  SIGH.

I know maintaining is better than gaining.  I know it’s part of the process and that my body didn’t know today was my weigh-in day.  I know it’s more important how my clothes fit than the number on the scale.  I know it will show up eventually.  I know ALL that.  It’s still annoying.   😉

My meetings are my chance to hit the reset button, as my leader calls it.  Tomorrow starts a new week, and it’s going to be an awesome one.

  1. So sorry; I know that has to be a downer for you. I also know you did everything you were supposed to do. This is a new week for good results. You looked very nice on Thanksgiving; your hard work shows, even though the scales failed you. Love you much!

Thanks Aunt Peggy!! I know in the big picture one weigh in doesn’t matter. I think each weigh in seems like a big deal now because I am getting so close! Oh well. There’s always next week! 🙂
