I should NOT have gained this week. I was expecting a loss. I know that I have done all the right things, so I am trying to trust the process and hope my efforts are reflected next week.
I have learned that the scale is not always a reflection of our efforts on a given day. It is a good measure of progress in the long run, but each individual weigh in is not that important in the grand scheme of things. The scale does not own me, and I refuse to let it change my behaviors. It’s still SUPER annoying though!!
