Of course it’s great that I lost this week, but I was hoping for a bigger number. I weigh in on Tuesdays for our contest at work, and I lost 2.4 in that weigh in! It’s just annoying when it doesn’t show up for my “official” WW weigh in.
Although my meal plan only had me using 28 of my weekly points, I ended up using all of them and all of my activity points too. While I don’t feel guilty about it (it’s not cheating when they are built into the plan), I still feel like I have eaten when I didn’t really need to. I just keep working at it one day at a time! I know I’m doing the right things for the most part, so I just have to keep at it and be patient with the scale.
I did complete my 3 C25K workouts as planned. I earned 15 activity points for the week and hit my activity baseline (on my ActiveLink) 6 out of 7 days! I had a horrible headache yesterday so I was not moving as much as I should have been!
This week instead of hoping for 2 pounds and being disappointed, I’m going to hope for another loss of any kind. Losing 3 weeks in a row would be a nice pattern, don’t ya think? I have to keep reminding myself to focus on the small victories!
