My freezer is seriously lacking because I haven’t done much meal prep lately. I’m going to be busy this weekend stocking up!

My plan this week has me using 40 of my weekly points+ allowance Wednesday through Tuesday. This leaves me with 9 weekly points for last minute changes/additions/splurges and for use on Monday/Tuesday of next week. (My weekly points run Wednesday through Tuesday since I weigh in on Tuesday nights.)
We are going out for my nephew’s birthday and I’m excited to try Tom+Chee with a friend also! I’m trying to save most of my weekly points for those two events!
