Thanks to Barb Balit and Genta Kanaumi for the motivation through FaceBook! I finally used my treadmill and completed C25K W3D1. It was tough but I did it!! I’ve been seeing both of you post your workouts to FaceBook while I’ve lazy, lazy, lazy. This is my first time back on the treadmill in about a YEAR!!!
I hate that I am starting over after running 2 half marathons, but it is what it is. This is where I am, so I might as well quit bellyaching and do something about it!!!
I really love that we can support each other even when we are not physically working out together. It can be so hard to get motivated and stay motivated, but having support and encouragement makes all the difference!
