I have officially committed to jogging a 5K in August. I must be crazy!  Training starts Monday!  I had to say jogging because running to me implies that I’ll be moving fast.  I won’t. I’ll be lucky if I can jog faster than most people walk.  But I am doing it. I don’t have anything to lose, and a friend pointed out to me that I can burn twice as many calories in the same amount of time if I started jogging instead of just walking.  You really can’t argue with that logic. 🙂
