Progress Update

I’ve finally decided to get serious again and get to my goal of losing 100 pounds.  I’ve been “trying” for the past 3 1/2 years, but I haven’t been as committed as I should have been to make it happen.  Other things in life took priority and that’s okay, but I am finally ready to do it now!  Here’s a reminder of where I am:

As of today, I need to lose 12.2 pounds.  I don’t know why this has felt so daunting.  At one point, my weight loss was over 90 pounds!  Even with all my ups and downs, I managed to keep off 75 pounds the whole time.  After losing that much weight, 12 should be easy.  Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight.  It’s never EASY, but it is simple. I know what to do. If I stick to my plan, I will get there.  I’m GOING to get there!

  3. You CAN do it – so proud of all you’ve accomplished, not just the weight loss, but the running, exercise, softball and now on to encouraging others! You are an inspiration! Love you!

      Thanks. I just take it one day at a time. It’s not easy and I have to keep re-starting over and over after I stray off course. Everyone’s support helps a lot! 🙂
