I’ve finally decided to get serious again and get to my goal of losing 100 pounds. I’ve been “trying” for the past 3 1/2 years, but I haven’t been as committed as I should have been to make it happen. Other things in life took priority and that’s okay, but I am finally ready to do it now! Here’s a reminder of where I am:
As of today, I need to lose 12.2 pounds. I don’t know why this has felt so daunting. At one point, my weight loss was over 90 pounds! Even with all my ups and downs, I managed to keep off 75 pounds the whole time. After losing that much weight, 12 should be easy. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. It’s never EASY, but it is simple. I know what to do. If I stick to my plan, I will get there. I’m GOING to get there!
