mindless eatingThis book really demonstrates for me how easy it is to eat more than you want or need without realizing it.  It also shows that it can happen to everyone, not just people with “food issues.”

The author is a food psychologist and the director of the Cornell University Food and Brand Lab. He’s spent a lifetime studying what we don’t notice: the hidden clues that determine how much and why people eat.
