Why, yes, I can have a Frisco Melt for dinner and still stay within my weekly points.
I opted for a salad instead of fries, and it was yummy!! Some days I might feel like “oh, poor me, I had to get the salad….” but I didn’t HAVE to. I CHOSE to get the salad so that I could indulge on the sandwich and not go over my points budget for the week. It’s not about deprivation. It’s about budgeting for what you want!
It’s all about choices. No one is forcing me to lose weight or change my life. Changing your mindset can make all the difference!! What choice have you made recently that you are proud of?
