Cardio Trainer

cardiotrainerToday I started using a new app on my phone to track my exercise progress.  I’m hoping that keeping track of how many calories I’ve burned will help my weight loss and also push me to do even more!  I know there are probably other apps out there, but Cardio Trainer seems to be great for Android phones.  What apps do you use?  How do they help?  What do you love and hate about them?
